Convergence emerged from concept to reality in November 2000. The common question in the midst of the technology sector fallout seemed to be: “What… another IT support company?” The answer to that question was “yes!” Unfilled demands in the small business market were needing to be met.
Convergence immediately set itself apart from other competitors by filling those market voids. Those differentiators included:

When Convergence was founded, the term Managed Service Provider (MSP) had not even been coined. Yet, as a company that has always been ahead of the curve, we were performing all of those services. Our team has grown steadily over the years allowing us to continue a progressive trend. We offer those same services to our customers today.
