Comment: My computer problem was addressed immediately during my phone call to convergence. Rick jumped right on top of it and gave me a call no more than an hour later saying the program had run and all is well. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Comment: Jon is fantastic. The response to our firewall failure by Shane B and Jon was fantastic. They were very quick to develop a very clever workaround to get our team back up and working until the new firewall could be purchased and installed. I annually approve a new S.L.A. because of these people and their resourcefulness sense of urgency and commitment to our property. Thanks to the entire team but Jon and Shane really stand out! Jim

I have worked inside both Hewlett-Packard and Intel and by far Convergence service is the best technical service I have ever experienced. In case no one tells you you are consistent with your great service as well.

Comment: I was a convention in Bend Oregon. I was unable to send or receive emails on my blackberry and assumed it was a coverage issue with AT&T. I noticed that all the other ATT BB users were able to send and receive. Dave Murry was in front of me and so I asked him for help. with a email and phone call to the service team on my behalf Dave was able to adjust my settings and the emails were then received. This was one of the better examples of why Convergence ROCKS! Thank you!
