David L. Murray, MBA, Chief Executive Officer

Dave Murray is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of business management experience. Prior to joining Convergence Networks, Mr. Murray ascended through various financial and operating positions within Leucadia International culminating his duties there as Senior Vice President. During his tenure with Leucadia he successfully led subsidiary companies through various mergers and acquisitions resulting in steady, annual revenue increases.

After relocating to the Pacific Northwest Murray accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer for VIP Global Capital where he was responsible for the entire operations of the company. Mr. Murray has also performed as Senior Partner of SUMMIT Consulting, which specialized in providing small to medium sized businesses with financial and operational guidance.

An MBA graduate of Claremont Graduate Schools, Mr. Murray has authored several articles, including “Confessions of a Bystander” – Community Volunteering; “Me-too” – Understanding E-Terminology; and “Cash Management” – Balancing Profitability with Cash Requirements. Murray contributes to the community as a wish grantor in the Make-A-Wish Foundation and participates in counseling high school students for career choices.

Eric W. Gray, Co-Founder / Partner

Eric Gray’s passion for working with small and growing businesses began early in his career. As the first employee of Open Systems, Mr. Gray increased the company’s revenues by nearly four times and grew the employee base to six. His broad spectrum of responsibilities included managing all Windows based operations, sales and advertising functions, as well as acting as the lead engineer and technical manager.

Mr. Gray then worked at Abtech as the technical services manager focusing on network support. His keen ability to build a business led to doubling the staff in less than one year to match a rapidly growing revenue base. After his tenure with Abtech, he and Convergence Networks co-founder, Lance Pederson, recognized a real need and growing demand in the market for in house IT management within the small to medium sized business segment.

Mr. Gray is dedicated to consistently delivering superior customer service and spending time with his family. His expertise stems from the completion of many technical certifications, which have resulted in partnerships with many top-notch technology providers.

Larry Willeman- Chief Financial Officer

Larry brings more than 20 years of knowledge and experience within the hi-tech industry to Convergence. He is focused on providing financial and economic leadership as Convergence becomes an industry leader and premier employer.

Larry has held controller and CFO roles at a number of companies including Mentor Graphics, Credence Systems, Isite Design, and Fluence Technology. Larry is a graduate of Portland State University with Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Business-Finance.
