The Faces of Convergence
September’s Employee of the Month – Brian Wilga
A third of Convergence’s Accounting Department is Brian, who has been a part of our team since January. He is a transplant from the East Coast, and has lived in Oregon since 1988.
After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Brian taught English as a Second Language in Mexico and then started and operated a bookstore for ten years. He then moved to the world of accounting, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and has worked in that field since 1999.
He’s held positions at non-profit, manufacturing, service, and health insurance companies in that time.
Because he shops at the home improvement stores so often, other customers sometimes mistake him for an employee. Other interests include landscaping at his home, cross-country skiing, hiking, history and economics.
