The Faces of Convergence
September’s Employee of the Month – Josh Hansen

One of the newest members of the Convergence family, Joshua has been a part of our team since June. He hails from the central valley of California, having spent most of his adult life working in the technology field in and around Fresno.
Joshua has two degrees, in Computer technology and Network Administration, which he has been putting to work for him for the better part of the past decade. His interest began in computers at a young age, with an unfortunate incident involving him breaking his parents PC while they were out of town. Since then he has done everything from running his own bulletin board system in the pre-internet days to working in a mom and pop shop building high performance gaming PCs and servers. Although he works as an information technology professional for a career, it really all boils down as a good excuse to play video games. He has also been known to pick up a guitar from time to time.
The real gift that Joshua brings to Portland is his beautiful family. He has brought with him his wonderful wife Stacy and two daughters, Tayler, who is five and Tesslyn who is two. They have finally settled in Clackamas, a considerably more beautiful place than the central valley of California.
Joshua and his family hope to make Portland a permanent residence, and can’t wait for the rainy weather to begin!
